1st Close all Applications > Messenger, Firefox, Games, movie.. etc.

2nd Run CCleaner, use these SETTINGS & steps i written in th IMAGE.

3rd, now after cleaned everything dont run anything & CLICK on Registry on CCLeaner > SCAN for issues >
FIX ALL > it will ask you to take BACKUP of registry Click NO.
